About the Author
Fred Martinez is the religion editor of the Conservative Monitor and a reporter with the San Francisco Faith. He was a Special Commentary Columnist for NewsMax during the height of the Catholic scandal and has been published in American and British publications as well as having some of his writings translated into Lithuanian.
In 1985,his philosophical writings opened the opportunity to study for a doctorate at the International Academy of Philosophy in Liechenstein, Europe. Instead following what he considered to be the call of God he founded the Juan Diego Society, which is still helping women in crisis pregnancies. He also produced and hosted the Catholic television show Latino Love in 1989.
Martinez has appeared as a Catholic and Political Science expert on the Apostolate for Family Consecration Show on EWTN Catholic Television Network, the Pat Campbell Show (WOMP-AM, Ohio), the Chuck Morse Show (WROL-AM, Boston) and the (former Vatican) Ambassador Ray Flynn Show (WROL-AM, Boston).
He received a Bachelors degree in Political Science and a Masters in Public Affairs at San Jose State University.
