Do Sedevantists & AKA Catholic's Louie Verrocchio deny Vatican I?

Is Louie Verrocchio, who publishes the website AKA Catholic and launched the newspaper "The Catholic Inquisitor," a Sedevantist?

It appears that he may be toying with the idea of joining the Sedevantist camp since he apparently agrees with some of their ideas.

If this is true then I have a question for him.

Do you deny Vatican I?

Vatican I clearly teaches that popes will reign perpetually:

"[T]he true doctrine concerning the establishment, the perpetuity, and the nature of the apostolic primacy. In this primacy, all the efficacy and all the strength of the Church are placed. Pray an Our Father now for the restoration of the Church as well as for the Triumph of the Kingdom of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
